At Aropa Consulting, we're proud to bring together a team of experts with diverse backgrounds and skills. With over 60 years of combined experience serving nonprofit organizations on five continents, we have the knowledge and expertise to help your organization thrive.

Our team boasts 5 advanced degrees, ranging from a Masters in Diplomacy to a Doctor of Education, as well as undergraduate degrees in Mathematics, History, Business, and more. We've successfully implemented over 100 nonprofit software systems, and our grant applications have secured over $2 million in funding for our clients. We have supported organizations committed to ending gender based violence, dismantling the system of mass incarceration in the U.S., creating opportunities for unhoused communities, building equitable pathways within the ecological sciences, among others. Our team members have started 4 successful businesses and rescued 8 animals.

We're located around the world, with team members based in Florida, Connecticut, France, and Washington, D.C. We work remotely because we believe that talent knows no borders, and we're committed to delivering high-quality, personalized service to each and every one of our clients.
